From the Valeri vaults.
From the notes:
A fairly rare & classic ACR soundboard from their late 1980 Benelux tour digitised from an unknown gen tape. I've cleaned this up a bit as there was a lot of noise (tape deterioration) over the first three tracks and am quite pleased with the results. The last two (encore) tracks are from an audience recording, and although of pretty messy quality are included for completeness.
unknown gen tape > CDR > EAC > WAV > Cool Edit (norms & splits etc) > FLAC > MP3 (lame hq VBR)
Setlist:
1 Felch
2 Oceans
3 And Then Again
4 Loss
5 Forced Laugh
6 My Spirit
7 Winter Hill
// from audience recording
8 Unknown (encore)
9 Shack Up (encore)

In 2007, Valeri from Bulgaria sent me a dvd-rom with various live recordings of post-punk bands. Surprisingly enough mostly from Dutch venues. A gift from a Dutch friend he explained later. A lot were Dutch radio broadcasts.
I totally forgot about this present until I saw it passing by while making a backup of my harddisk.
From the notes:
In 1984, the dutch radiostaion VPRO recorded a concert by 23 Skidoo in Aorta,
Amsterdam, a squat run by an artists collective.
There were always memorable performances and concerts there.
This is one of them !
Tracks (alas) unknown.
1. ?
2. ?
3. The Gospel Comes To New Guinea (version)
4. ?
5. ?
6. ?
7. ?
8. Assassins of Soul (Assassin)
9. Assassins of Soul (Shugyosha Step) (incomplete)

http://noiseaddiction.blogspot.com/, who has many live recordings of bands around 1980, asked who owned the recordings of this concert.
Me! Who else?
I never published them before because the quality is not so good (crappy basf cassette).
Here they finally are:
1 Screaming in the darkness [3:31]
2 Searching for heaven [2:54]
3 Time slipping [3:43]
4 Dream sequence [3:13]
5 Two shots left [3:25]
6 When will we learn / Mr. X [7:37]
7 Animal crazy [2:53]

I found this between my old video tapes.
'The sun does rise' and 'Amor' at 'Later with Jools Holland'.
I don't now which year, but probably 1994.

In an old post I gave up hope to ever get the first fashion lp on cd. To my surprise Luke James, the singer of the band, mailed me a couple of weeks ago that he was releasing this cd.
There are different (single?) versions of Fashion and Bike Boys on the cd.
You can buy it from his MySpace page http://www.myspace.com/fashionlukesky for only $10 + $2,50 p&p.
He lives in California now, the lucky bastard.
1 Product Perfect [3:51]
2 Die in the West [4:13]
3 Red, Green & Gold [4:49]
4 Burning Down [3:33]
5 Big John [2:01]
6 Hanoi Annoys Me [2:56]
7 The Innocent [2:30]
8 Citinite [5:22]
9 Fashion [2:53]
10 Don't Touch Me [2:59]
11 Bike Boys [5:27]
12 Technofascist [3:39]
A rare tracks cd has soon to be followed, as a cd with brand new songs will.

Quite a catchy song done by Ryuichi Sakamoto in cooperation with Thomas Dolby.
The back side contains fifteen minutes of out of sync / random synth loops: Ryuichi's machines solo. It is used in the Field Work clip as background music at the beginning and the end.
1 Field Work [6:00]
2 Exhibition [15:29]
Not shared anymore. Complaints received.
